How do we buy the property back?

Simple, When we agree to buy your house we will give you a price for you to buy the house back. This is fixed for the term of the agreement.

When the time comes you simply buy it back at the agreed price. We will even organise the mortgage for you

What happens if we want to move?

You can move at this point we would need to talk to establish the best way forward. In most cases we would sell the house and all the proceeds over the agreed price will be returned to you.*

What sort of contract do we get to buy our property back?

You will get a legal agreement that will be registered at the land registry stating that you have this option.

What happens if I don’t pay the rent?
This will be in breach of your contract. So it is very important that you keep up with your rental payments

When we are renting, can we improve the property?

You will have a tenancy agreement, which will state that you are unable to do a lot of things. However, should you wish to do anything to your house you can by simply asking us if it’s ok to do. We will give you written confirmation within 2 working days of your request.
